Jeff Hansen is President of Roers Companies, leading the firm’s operational strategy and working alongside the executive leadership team to translate its long-term vision into execution. His focus is on strengthening the structure, processes, and alignment needed to support sustainable growth while enhancing financial and operational performance.

Jeff brings more than 40 years of experience in finance, construction, and executive leadership. As a leader, Jeff is passionate about investing in people and empowering teams to succeed. He places a strong emphasis on quality and safety, measurable performance, accountability, and continuous improvement to deliver strong outcomes for employees, partners, and the communities Roers Cos. serves. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
