As Vice President of Legal, James Grossman leads the company’s legal team, supporting departments across Roers Companies. He is committed to providing practical legal guidance, proactive risk management, and responsive support that helps teams operate with confidence and transparency.

James brings nearly a decade of legal experience spanning both litigation and transactional work. Prior to joining Roers Cos., he was a partner at a Seattle-based law firm, where he advised clients on a wide range of legal matters. James earned bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Honors Studies from the University of North Dakota, along with a Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
