As Director of Construction for the Minnesota region, Hans guides the overall team growth and execution of project deliverables for Roers General Contracting. Hans also provides invaluable leadership and fosters development within project teams. With over 21 years of construction experience, Hans has a rich and diverse background spanning residential and commercial projects across the nation. From New York to California, Seattle to Houston, and everywhere in between, he has successfully navigated the construction landscape. His educational achievements include an associate’s degree in general studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, further complemented by an undergraduate certificate in Leadership and Workforce Development through the United States Sergeants Major Academy.
