Gina brings more than 20 years of property management experience, including nearly a decade in regional leadership. Her expertise includes portfolio analysis, asset management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. Gina earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Metropolitan State University.
