The Roers Cos. Team

Eddie joined our team in January 2022 as a Development Staff Associate and has since been promoted to Senior Development Associate. He leads project origination, underwriting, market analysis, due diligence, entitlements, financing applications, debt and equity sourcing, and other aspects of the development process for affordable and market-rate housing. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Business—Real Estate. He previously worked as an investment intern with The Meritex Co. and was a development intern at Big Sky Resort.
