Eddie joined our team in January 2022 as a Development Staff Associate. He provides assistance for project origination, underwriting, market analysis, due diligence items, and any other tasks in the development process of affordable and market-rate housing. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Business—Real Estate. He previously worked as an investment intern with The Meritex Co. and was a development intern at Big Sky Resort.
