As Regional Maintenance Manager, Dustin Parker oversees maintenance operations across Roers Companies’ western region. He partners with onsite and corporate teams to strengthen maintenance operations, share best practices, and support high-quality service across the portfolio.

Dustin brings nearly 30 years of multifamily maintenance experience across affordable, market-rate, luxury, and senior housing communities. He is passionate about mentoring onsite teams, fostering continuous learning, and helping properties succeed through hands-on leadership and collaboration. Dustin holds Certified Pool Operator (CPO), EPA 608 Universal Technician, and NSPIRE Accredited Compliance Expert certifications. He is also an EPA 608 certification proctor.
