As Senior Development Associate, Brody Swanson focuses on the development, acquisition, and rehabilitation of affordable and market-rate housing. He leads project origination, financial underwriting, entitlements, debt and equity financing, and oversees projects throughout the development process from concept through construction. Brody brings extensive experience in affordable housing development and capital markets. Throughout his career, he has sourced and closed more than $1 billion in debt and equity financing for more than 2,000 affordable housing units nationwide, with expertise in structuring financing and advancing complex development projects. Brody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
