Bret Pennington is a Project Executive at Roers Companies, leading multifamily projects across multiple states in the western region and supporting the continued growth of Roers General Contracting. He guides project teams from preconstruction through completion, focusing on collaboration, operational consistency, and successful project delivery. With more than 20 years of construction experience, Bret began his career as an Assistant Superintendent. His experience is rooted in multifamily construction and also spans municipal, cultural, educational, gaming, and industrial market sectors. A third-generation Arizonan, Bret holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
