Andy has been in the real estate development field for over a decade bringing valuable expertise to the team having experience working on tax credit, affordable, market rate, commercial, and hotel developments. As Development Partner, Andy leads a team working across all facets of development including origination, sourcing financing, along with construction and architectural management. He has helped expand Roers Companies’ development footprint in a variety of new markets across the country. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Studies from the University of St. Thomas and was selected as a Finance & Commerce Rising Young Professional for 2022.
