As a Senior Managing Director, Amy leads investor relations and capital raising for Roers Companies’ growing portfolio of multifamily real estate investments across the country. Over the past 8+ years, she’s helped place more than $500 million in investor capital — supporting individuals, families, and institutions in building long-term wealth through strategic real estate opportunities.

Prior to this role, Amy served as Roers Cos.’ Vice President of Marketing & Leasing. She oversaw branding, performance, and lease-up strategy for our national portfolio, giving her unique insight into market dynamics, deal structure, and asset performance from the inside out.

Amy is passionate about building relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and results. Whether she’s introducing a new opportunity or guiding an investor through the life of a deal, she takes pride in delivering a seamless, professional experience every step of the way.
