As Director of Property Management, Aleina Maselter oversees Roers Companies’ portfolio across the eastern region. She supports the stabilization and financial performance of communities while working closely with property management teams and internal departments to drive collaboration, strengthen operations, and enhance the resident experience.

Aleina brings nearly 20 years of property management experience, having advanced from leasing consultant to senior leadership roles. Her background spans affordable, market-rate, commercial, supportive, and association housing, with experience working alongside local and government housing authorities. She holds a Certified Residential Manager (CRM) designation.
