Virata

Virata, a 216-unit affordable housing community in Maricopa, Arizona, will feature eight 3-story residential buildings and a community clubhouse. Residents will enjoy amenities such as carports, a business center, a dog run, a playground, a tot lot, and a community room. This marks the first project Roers General Contracting (RGC) will construct in Arizona.
