The Sinclair is a mixed-use community coming to The COR in Ramsey, Minnesota. This project will bring 191 market-rate apartment homes and more than 5,100 square feet of retail space to one of the Twin Cities metro’s fastest-growing live-work-play districts. Residents will enjoy amenities including a pool, fitness center, lounge, work-from-home space, terrace, and golf simulator, all surrounded by new retail, parks, trails, and gathering spaces. The project is scheduled to welcome its first residents in Spring 2028.
