Affordable Living

Solhaus is a 168-unit affordable housing community in Buckeye, Arizona. Located on an 8.5-acre site, Solhaus will transform undeveloped land into much-needed affordable housing in the Phoenix metro. Solhaus was designed with a large share of three- and four-bedroom homes. The community will include 24 one-bedroom, 60 two-bedroom, 66 three-bedroom, and 18 four-bedroom apartments. Residents will also enjoy amenities including a resort-style pool with grilling areas, community room and kitchen, fitness center, playground, dog run, covered parking, and on-site laundry. The project will be completed in two phases, with the substantial completion targeted for June 2028.
