The Dayton will bring 126 affordable apartment homes to the community, expanding access to quality housing for renters at 60% of the area median income (AMI). Future residents will enjoy a clubhouse with a community room, fitness center, laundry center, dog run, playground, bike storage, and more. This is Roers Companies’ fourth project in North Carolina, and our first in Asheville. We expect to welcome our first residents early 2028.
