This 216-unit affordable housing community marks Roers Companies’ sixth closing in Arizona, the second project that Roers General Contracting (RGC) will break ground on in the state, and the eighth total closing in 2024. Amenities include a central clubhouse with a community room, fitness room, pickleball court, swimming pool, coworking area, picnic areas, solar panel carport parking, and playground. We welcomed our first residents in May 2026.
