Alcott Village, located in Houston, Texas, is an existing 11-acre low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) property that underwent rehabilitation. It features one clubhouse and 11 residential buildings, comprising 248 units ranging from two to four bedrooms. The scope of rehabilitation includes:

Unit Updates 
Repaired and/or replaced appliances, cabinets, countertops, HVAC, windows, flooring, siding, doors, breezeway handrails, light fixtures, and plumbing, as well as painted the apartment units and buildings.

Site Enhancements
Replaced and repaired paving, trash enclosures, retaining walls, sidewalks, playground features, and fencing.

Clubhouse Improvements
Resurfaced the swimming pool and pool deck, improved fencing, updated HVAC systems, replaced tile, updated appliances, painted, and completed other necessary repairs.
