Roers Companies made headlines this week for our new development coming to Woodbury. Finance & Commerce writer Matt M. Johnson notes, “Roers plans to break ground on its Beyond Apartments later this month, provided the city approves the project in time. The $45 million project would bring dense housing to a once-rural intersection just south of Interstate 94 and a few blocks west of a retail shopping area.”
The project includes 255 luxury apartments in two buildings, along with an abundance of amenities including an outdoor pool and lounge space, business center, coffee bar, clubhouse, and pet spa. The community will offer studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from around 500 square feet to 1,330 square feet.
