Brian Roers recently provided a tour for the lieutenant governor of Wisconsin, Mandela Barnes, around the construction site for Maxwell Lofts, which will be our first project in Milwaukee. The Roers Cos. team discussed our development goals for Milwaukee with Lt. Gov. Barnes, and then we took him around our construction site for a tour.
