The Star Tribune recently released the 2023 Top 200 Workplaces list, which names Roers Companies among the best-of-the-best organizations for Minnesota employees.

This award is a direct result of the feedback Roers Cos. employees provided in an independent survey collected by a company called Energage aimed at measuring employee opinions regarding engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The survey went out to 124,719 employees across 5,049 Minnesota public, private, and nonprofit organizations. More than 73,000 individuals responded to the survey to reveal the Top 200 Workplaces.

Roers Cos. ranks 24 on the midsize company list. Additionally, survey responses from employees earned us an exclusive culture badge for being among the top 25% of workplaces for innovation. According to Energage, this innovation culture badge represents that “employees believe new ideas are encouraged” at Roers Cos.
