Roers Companies has once again earned national recognition on the 2026 National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) 50 rankings, the annual ranking of the nation’s top apartment owners, managers, developers, builders, and syndicators.

For the fourth consecutive year, Roers Cos. has made the Top Developer’s list, securing the 19th spot among the largest apartment developers in the country.

Additionally, Roers Cos. landed at No. 25 among the top builders in the United States.
