The Journal Sentinel recently highlighted Roers Cos.’ sale of their premier parcel of land in popular downtown Milwaukee:
“A high-end apartment development with about 200 units is in the preliminary planning stages for a downtown Milwaukee parcel. The mid-rise building would be developed by Chicago based Ravine Park Partners on a vacant lot between North Milwaukee Street and North Broadway, just south of East Ogden Avenue. (…) The firm would buy the parcel from an affiliate of apartment developer Roers Cos. Investments, based in Long Lake, Minnesota. The 56,300-square-foot parcel (…) is a good location for an apartment building that would target people working downtown.”
