Roers Cos. and our project partners broke ground on Community Within the Corridor (CWC). Scott Crawford, Inc. and Roers Cos. are developing this $66 million project on 32nd and Center.
The CWC team consists of Lead Developers Que El-Amin and Roers Cos., Program Manager Mikal Wesley, Construction Manager Tia Cannon and Governmental Relations Rayhino Boynes with design by Continuum Architects and construction by Greenfire Management.
CWC will include 197 housing units, a 35,000 square feet community services facility and 25,000 square feet of recreational space that will include a daycare, small grocer, after-school programming, a laundromat and a creative collaborative workspace.
