The Averie

Affordable Living

The Averie will be a 181-unit affordable housing community located in the fast-growing area of Raleigh, North Carolina. The project is made up of two five-story buildings, featuring amenities that include co-working spaces, a fitness center with a yoga studio, a game room, a community room, a playground, and grilling areas. We plan on welcoming our first residents in Spring 2027.
