An array of on-site amenities have made Spectrum’s apartments and townhomes a popular place to call home since it opened in August 2017. A year-round hot tub, patio cinema, rooftop deck and grill, and fireside lounge give residents an unparalleled experience. Spectrum was sold by Roers Cos. and our partners in October 2020.
