The Roers Cos. Team

Eddie joined our team in January 2022 as a Development Staff Associate and has since been promoted to Senior Development Associate. He provides assistance for project origination, underwriting, market analysis, due diligence items, and any other tasks in the development process of affordable and market-rate housing. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Business—Real Estate. He previously worked as an investment intern with The Meritex Co. and was a development intern at Big Sky Resort.
