Andy has been in the real estate development field for over eight years bringing valuable expertise to the team having experience working on tax credit, affordable, market rate, commercial, and hotel developments. As Development Partner, Andy leads a team working across all facets of development including origination, sourcing financing, along with construction and architectural management. He has helped expand Roers Companies’ development footprint in a variety of new markets across the country. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Studies from the University of St. Thomas and was selected as a Finance & Commerce Rising Young Professional for 2022.
