Co-founder and owner of Roers Companies, Kent Roers has 25 years of experience in real estate and finance. In that time, he has been involved in almost every aspect of residential properties, from leasing single-family homes to developing luxury multi-family complexes. Since founding Roers Cos. in 2012, he has been dedicated to ensuring each project receives the funding it needs to get off the ground — and to maximizing returns for investors.

In 2021 and again in 2024, Kent and Brian Roers were honored as finalists in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards for the Heartland region. Kent and Roers Cos. were also finalists in the ACG Bold Awards for 2024.

Prior to founding Roers Cos., Kent gained his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) certification in 2001 and earned series 7, 66, 65, and 63 financial securities licenses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southwest State University.
