As Director of Information Technology, Jeff Crist oversees IT innovation and operations across Roers Companies. His primary focus areas include improving data accessibility, expanding business intelligence tools, and supporting the company’s day-to-day technology operations. Jeff brings extensive experience leading company-wide technology implementations, managing data migrations and system integrations, and building high-performing IT teams. His background combines strategic technology planning with hands-on operational leadership.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He also holds several industry certifications, including A+, Network+, Project+, Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), and PMP.
