Her background spans executive leadership roles in real estate operations, construction, facilities, IT, marketing, and compliance. She brings deep expertise in organizational transitions, centralization strategies, and large-scale portfolio optimization.

Stacy holds several industry-recognized credentials, including CPM (Certified Property Manager), CRM (Certified Residential Manager), CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), and COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist), underscoring her strength in both operations and affordable housing compliance.
