As Vice President of Compliance, Maureen provides strategic leadership and oversight for all compliance functions across Roers Companies’ growing portfolio. She is responsible for ensuring full adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, with a focus on affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, HOME, and other housing initiatives.

Maureen leads a high-performing team dedicated to accuracy, transparency, and accountability. She works closely with development, property management, and asset management teams to safeguard compliance throughout the full lifecycle of each community — from lease-up and audits to long-term stabilization.

Maureen brings more than 15 years of industry experience to Roers Cos. and holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
