As Senior Regional Maintenance Manager, Michael Eden oversees regional transitions for new construction projects while supporting maintenance operations across the Roers Companies portfolio. His responsibilities include staffing and operational setup, vendor partnerships, contract negotiations, maintenance training, and ensuring best practices across communities. He also manages maintenance software systems, preventative maintenance programs, and cross-department compliance efforts.

Michael brings more than 13 years of experience in property management and maintenance, with experience supporting a wide range of multifamily communities and operational needs. He is committed to maintaining every home with proactive care and pride in craftsmanship. Michael holds certifications as a Certified Pool Operator, NSPIRE Accredited Compliance Expert, and EPA 608 Universal Technician.
