Replacing and repairing paving, trash enclosures, retaining walls, sidewalks, playground features, and fencing
Clubhouse improvements:
Resurfacing the swimming pool and pool deck, improving the fencing, updating the HVAC systems, replacing tile, updating appliances, painting, and completing other necessary repairs.
