Alcott Village, located in Houston, Texas, is an existing low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) property that will undergo rehabilitation. The property is an 11-acre property with a clubhouse and 11 residential buildings comprising 248 units ranging from two to four bedrooms. Rehabilitation includes:

Unit updates:
Repairing and/or replacing appliances, cabinets, countertops, HVAC, windows, flooring, siding, doors, breezeway handrails, light fixtures, and plumbing, as well as painting the apartment units and buildings

Site enhancements:
Replacing and repairing paving, trash enclosures, retaining walls, sidewalks, playground features, and fencing

Clubhouse improvements:
Resurfacing the swimming pool and pool deck, improving the fencing, updating the HVAC systems, replacing tile, updating appliances, painting, and completing other necessary repairs.
