Virata

Virata, a 216-unit affordable housing community in Maricopa, Arizona, features eight 3-story residential buildings and a community clubhouse. Residents can enjoy amenities such as carports, a business center, a dog run, a playground, a tot lot, and a community room. This marked the first project Roers General Contracting (RGC) will construct in Arizona. We welcomed our first residents in June 2026.
