The Narrows in Hutto, Texas welcomed its first residents on September 29, 2023, marking the first Texas move-ins for Roers Companies!

With modern interiors, a pool, community lounge, fitness center, and more, The Narrows Apartments offers 300 units of affordable housing just outside of the city of Austin. Hats off to the hardworking teams who have turned this project into a home for residents!

This is just the start for Texas, as four projects are currently under construction within the state and more look to break ground in 2024 and beyond.
