Roers Companies’ summer Engage conference united team members from across states, offices, and sites for three days of learning, team building, and celebration.

This year’s theme was “Execute the Extraordinary,” and attendees heard from a number of internal leaders about how we plan to achieve our goals in 2023 and beyond. Owners Kent Roers and Brian Roers kicked things off with a running start.

From awesome speakers and breakout sessions to the annual Battle of the Bags tournament and RoCo Awards celebration to recognize the all-star performers throughout the organization, employees had an abundance of takeaways and memories to bring home.
