As Project Executive, Steven leads complex construction projects from early estimating and preconstruction through execution and closeout. He is responsible for aligning owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams around clear goals for budget, schedule, quality, and client expectations. With experience spanning field operations, preconstruction, and project management, Steven brings a well-rounded perspective to project delivery and a practical understanding of what it takes to move work forward efficiently and successfully.

Throughout his career, Steven has contributed to a wide range of project types, including schools, fire stations, multifamily housing, aquatic facilities, cleanrooms, engineering facilities, healthcare spaces, office renovations, and other specialized environments. His diverse background allows him to anticipate challenges, coordinate solutions, and maintain momentum while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. Steven earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.
