Brandon Fritz is the Director of Property Management for Roers Cos. with more than 8 years of property management experience including market-rate, active 55+, and affordable housing. Brandon has conducted successful lease-ups in both affordable (LIHTC, HOME, BOND, HOPE, 811, MARIF, LTH, PBA, TIF) and market-rate properties. Brandon has worked in and overseen staff in all aspects of the application and recertification process to ensure program guidelines and deadlines are maintained. Brandon has experience in HUD REAC inspections, Section 8 inspections, MN Housing inspections, and yearly file audits to ensure program requirements are maintained.
