As Construction Project Manager, Andy is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing every facet of the building process, from initial planning and site work to project completion and owner acceptance. His key duties include managing project schedules and budgets while acting as an intermediary between owners, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and general contracting personnel. With two decades of experience in the commercial and multifamily construction industry, Andy’s leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail have ensured projects meet the highest standards. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University’s College of Engineering, with a minor in Business Administration. Additionally, Andy holds a Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM) certification with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, further underlining his commitment to delivering excellence in construction project management.
