Alyssa Carnahan has been working in the property management industry for 9+ years. Alyssa supports all aspects of the property management process including managing and leading the on-site teams, onboarding new lease-ups, completion of financial and operations reports and budgets. Alyssa joined Roers Cos. as a Multi-Site Manager at our Minneapolis properties before being promoted to Regional Manager. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, and a Certified Residential Manager. Alyssa graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Stout with a degree in Hospitality Management.
