The Narrows, a 300-unit affordable housing community in a suburb just north of Austin, marks Roers’ first venture in Texas. This project will bring much-needed affordable housing to the growing Austin area. With a development cost of more than $75 million, The Narrows Apartments becomes Roers’ largest project to date.
