Roers Companies’ proposed development located in Victoria, Minnesota will be a mixed-use property offering 130 market-rate apartments alongside 8,700 square feet of commercial retail space. The apartments, ranging from studios to three bedrooms, will feature luxurious finishes as well as premium amenity spaces including a fitness center, rooftop deck, and community room.
