Office Manager – Corporate Office

Roers Companies is seeking a dedicated, efficient professional to join our team in Minnetonka, MN, as an Office Manager.

As the Office Manager, you will provide high-level administrative assistance and support across all departments in the corporate office. Daily tasks include:

  • Successfully handles a high volume of work and balance priorities to meet established deadlines.
  • Support the front office, answer phones, schedule appointments, purchase supplies, manage corporate vendor and software accounts, and manage mail distribution.
  • Support staff by managing calendars, daily schedules, and perform any errands as requested.
  • Provide high-level assistance for a director, including drafting Project Management Agreements, submitting expenses, managing professional social media profiles, scheduling appointments and social events, and general calendar management.
  • Organize travel with detailed itinerary, preparations, etc.
  • Provide IT support as an extension of the IT department, including purchasing equipment and setting up remote access for property phones.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office space, conference rooms, kitchen, and storages spaces.
  • Manage the supply of office groceries and place weekly lunch orders.
  • Plan and execute special projects, such as departmental or company events, offsite meetings, and team-building events.
  • Participate in employee training and new hire orientation, in addition to purchasing supplies and equipment, and setting up the workspaces.
  • Promote policies that ensure positive interaction between administrative staff and other personnel.
  • Conduct ongoing needs analysis and tactfully identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Schedule regular maintenance for the company vehicle and maintain records for all company vehicles.
  • Generate documents per the organization’s standards.
  • Proactive in anticipating needs of the office and solving challenges before they become a problem.
  • Perform additional project work and other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED, 1-2 years related experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional communication skills, customer service skills, ability to interact with wide range of people, and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, understanding that your scheduled workdays may vary according to staffing and company needs.
