As an Executive Assistant to the President of Core Living and the Principal Partner of Roers Companies, Lindsey is responsible for performing tasks to ensure both companies maintain forward movement. She accomplishes this by continuously seeking out ways to increase productivity within the workplace, increase and maintain consistency of policies and procedures, and ensure all appropriate steps are completed in order to adopt new processes. Lindsey also plans and executes the company conferences and social events, leads and assists in most special projects for the company, and manages many of the company’s systems.
She is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and joined the Core Living team with three years of executive assistant experience.
