Investor Relations Administrative Assistant

Roers Companies is seeking a knowledgeable, dedicated professional to join our team in Minnetonka, MN as an Administrative Assistant for the Investor Relations team.

As an Investor Relations Administrative Assistant, you will assist the Equity/Investor Relations team with administrative and project management support. In a given day, you may:

  • Prepare and send gifts to investors on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepare and mail quarterly letters, various investment notices and packages, and annual tax documents.
  • Complete various errands (e.g. pick up materials for gifting)
  • Put together the subscription agreements for projects to be uploaded to Juniper.
  • Utilize CRM (Juniper Square) to complete a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to entering meeting notes, updating investor contact information, and uploading documents.
  • Help with preparing for investor events with tasks including set up, take down, and creating nametags and materials.
  • Perform the preparation, editing, and formatting of general correspondence through word processing and spreadsheet tasks.
  • Format and proofread documents.
  • Prepare and assemble reports, company materials, and client documents, as directed.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming workflow to meet all deadlines in a deadline-focused environment.
  • Arrange for various meetings via conference calls, video conferences, and webcasts.
  • Track equity raise-ups including initial processing of investment deposits.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.


  • High School Degree or GED
  • Prior office experience preferred
  • Software experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people
