Upcoming plans for Northwest Metro featured in Finance & Commerce


Roers Companies was recently featured in Finance & Commerce about its upcoming senior housing and mixed-income projects in the northwest of the Greater Twin Cities metro. The article highlights the planned Havenwood of Maple Grove senior housing facility and the 150-unit, mixed-income apartment proposal for Brooklyn Park. The article discusses the growing demand for senior housing and Roers’ plans to keep it affordable:

“Roers completed its first Havenwood in Richfield in 2018. Since completing that 88-unit building, the company has been designing larger facilities to help keep rents affordable, said Jeff Koch, a Roers partner and co-owner.”
